Education
All of my studies have been conducted in English at Canadian institutions and I graduated from high school with top marks in English. I have an honours degree in History and a certificate in French from York University, Toronto Canada. I have also completed several post degree courses at Langara College in Vancouver. I have a background in writing, with long-form works published in industry journals and blogs, as well as short-form content used for websites, apps, and social media marketing campaigns.
Experience
I have experience tutoring high school students, and working with children ages 6 - 13 in Canada. I also have experience as a teacher’s assistant for an English class (VMBO) in Zeist. I am a professional copywriter, content manager, and editor, but I am taking some time away from my career in order to raise my newborn baby. Marketing has very long hours and I do not want to miss out on my daughter's first years! But, I also miss working and love teaching, so I am very excited to work part-time as a tutor and help people reach their English language goals!
