I have 5 years of tutoring experience. I love teaching and making learning fun for my students. During my Diploma, I tutored my friends in my strongest subjects (Biology and Spanish), the positive feedback encouraged me to continue. Since then I have been teaching intensive pre-exam classes, preparing students with a thorough revision of each topic. In the beginning, together with my students, we set short and long-term goals, and I make sure to keep them motivated enough to achieve them. I believe that to learn you need to understand, which is why I always teach using useful analogies and interesting real-life examples. While extensively knowing the syllabus, I can also offer useful tips and tricks to help you ace your exams. I am a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Qualified Teacher and even though I don't usually tutor English, I use the skills and techniques from that course to engage my students. I am a Biologist and there is nothing I love more than to teach Biology and help my students make interesting connections between topics, in Biology everything is interconnected and that makes it a lot of fun.
